Thank you for this article. How long can you continue using baking soda? I battle with being acidic. I find that drinking 6/7 to 6 tsp of baking soda with water before I go to bed keeps me alkaline throughout the day, but I recently stopped because I was unsure if this would damage my stomach lining.
